A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We will move your web site(s) to our top–of–the–line cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that changing hosting providers can result in lost data and undesirable network downtime. That’s why we’ll do all that for you for free!We’ve got highly competent administrators whose chief job is to make certain that your site performs precisely as it did on your former web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on famous applications such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are many factors to bear in mind – the overall amount of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the present workload of our web site migration experts, etc. Even so, we do our very best to implement all web site migrations in a 48–hour window. Smaller–sized web sites are transferred much faster – typically within 24 hours.

A: Yeah. We’ll need to have the name of the website that you’d like us to migrate. We will also need a way to log in to your old hosting account so that we can get the files pertaining to your site.

A: No. Your site will remain completely operational during the transfer. Once everything is done on our end, we’ll notify you so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything’s alright, all you will need to do is edit your domain’s DNS records.

A: While we transfer your content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will never get in touch with them in any way.

A: Yup. We support all regular Linux–powered web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–powered hosting platforms, because we do not offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Additionally, we don’t support proprietary website creation and management user interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
